Technical & Service Opportunities

Marine Technician Full-Time – All Stores

Diagnose, repair, and maintain boats and marine engines, ensuring vessels operate safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, electrical diagnostics, and warranty repairs.

  • Requires 2+ years of marine or small engine repair experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, fuel, and electrical systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Apprentice Technician Full-Time – All Stores

Entry-level role designed for individuals beginning their career in marine and small engine repair. Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and hands-on repairs in a dealership environment.

  • Enrollment in or completion of a technical program preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Hands-on role requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Boat Detailer Part-Time / Full-Time – All Stores

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of marine vessels, including polishing, waxing, and interior conditioning.

  • Physical stamina required for bending, climbing, and lifting 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of detailing equipment.

Sales & Inventory

Sales Representative Full-Time – All Stores

Generate sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience by recommending marine and powersports units. Focus on selling boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles.

  • Previous retail or dealership sales experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Coordinate delivery and orientation of sold units for customers.

Parts Advisor Full-Time – All Stores

Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and sourcing parts for marine equipment, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Manage inventory counts and process orders.

  • 1–3 years of experience in parts sales or powersports industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with parts lookup systems and inventory software.
  • Interpret parts diagrams and manufacturer catalogs for customers.

Operations & Administration

Accounting Clerk Full-Time – Kenora

Responsible for supporting the finance department through bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or clerical finance role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with financial records.

Yard Crew Part-Time / Full-Time – All Stores

Maintain organization and safe operation of the yard, shop, and showroom. Assist with loading/unloading inventory and ensuring a clean work environment.

  • Must possess a valid Class G Driver’s License.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and yard equipment as certified.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to lift 50+ lbs.
